KB Law Associates Ltd. was founded by Managing Director and CEO Mr Kashif Kamran in May 2026 handling private and business immigration matters, while building up a great deal of experience and establishing extensive rapport with our clients, particularly those who are vulnerable. At KB Law Associates, we fully understand and acknowledge that each client’s matter is case-sensitive and versatile in nature depending upon their personal circumstances. Our Expert Immigration Advice

 

KB Law Associates Ltd is a regulated & registered Immigration Law firm which is authorised at Level 1 by Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). The Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) which was previously known as ‘’The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC)’’ is an executive non-departmental public body (sponsored by the Home Office) who is responsible for regulating immigration advice and ensuring that only qualified Individuals or Law firms provide advice to the public .

At KB Law Associates, we specialise in Personal and Business immigration matters which demonstrates our skills and expertise in the following areas of the UK Immigration law & British Citizenship.

  • Sponsor Licence applications: Preparing, drafting & submitting Sponsor Licences applications for the UK employers with correct documentation and subsequently assisting them with the Home Office’s premises visit procedure (pre-licence assessment and post-licence compliance visits), legal assistance in allocating & assigning defined (DCoS) and undefined (CoS) Certificates of sponsorship procedures, advising key responsibilities & duties of an Authorising Officer, Key Contact and Level 1 User, and how to manage & operate the Sponsorship Management System (SMS) of the Home Office after getting the licence.
  • Points-Based System (PBS) applications: Entry clearance and in-country switching/extensions applications which includes Investor Visas extension, Innovator Founder Visas, UK scale-up Visas, Global Business Mobility (GBM) & Senior or Specialist Worker Visas,  Start-Up Visas, Global Talent Visas, Representative of an Overseas Business Visas, Entrepreneur Extensions, Skilled Worker Visas, Health & Care Worker Visas, International Sportsperson Visas, Minister of Religion (T2) Visas, Student Visas, Graduate Route Visas and Highly Potential Individual (HPI) Visas.
  • Family & Private life route applications under Appendix FM: Entry clearance or switching/extensions applications which includes Marriage/Spouse Visas, Fiancé(e) Visas, unmarried partner/same-sex partner Visas, Dependent child Visas, Adult Dependent Relative (ADR) applications and all other relevant routes authorised at Level 1 by the IAA.
  • Types of EEA/EU applications: Entry clearance under EU Family permit routes and in-country switching/extensions, including late applications under the EU Settlement Scheme (pre-settled and settled status) authorised at Level 1 by the IAA.
  • UK Visit visa applications: Family Visitor, Medical Visitor, Marriage Visitor, Business Visitor, Tourism & Leisure Visitor, Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) & any other applications authorised at level 1 by the IAA.
  • Settlement applications: Indefinite leave to enter or remain applications under various points-based system routes, family & private life routes, long residence routes and any other routes authorised at Level 1 by the IAA.
  • British Nationality and British passport applications: Registration as a British Citizen for children, Naturalisation as a British Citizen for adults, Overseas British passport applications for adults and children, In-country British passport applications for adults and children and any other relevant routes authorised at Level 1 by the IAA.
  • Other applications: UK Ancestry Visas, Subject Access Request (SAR) applications, Fee waiver applications under relevant categories, No Time Limit (NTL) applications, Returning Resident Visa, Registering Electronic (E. Visa) account & generating sharecodes, Travel Document applications and any other relevant routes authorised at Level 1 by the IAA.
