The UK Unmarried or Civil Partner Visa is for individuals who are in a genuine & subsisting relationship/partnership with a British or Irish citizen, a person who is settled in the UK (holding ILR), person with a pre-settled or settled status under EU settlement Scheme, a person with a Turkish Businessperson or Turkish Worker visa and a person with refugee status or humanitarian protection who wish to join, or stay with, their partner in the UK.  You can also apply for a UK Unmarried or Civil Partner Visa if your partner is outside the UK but intends to return to the UK with you. This is called an unmarried or civil partner entry clearance Visa.

To be eligible for a UK Unmarried or Civil Partner visa, you will need to meet certain criteria, which includes genuine & subsisting relationship, financial requirements, accommodation requirements, and English language requirements.
