Consultation Fees

Our first 15-minute consultation via a quick telephone call is free. This is to establish the main facts of your case and to understand concerns about your particular immigration situation. Please note that we do not see or check any documents or provide a written response to our free consultation over the phone.

However, if after the initial chat over the phone, you would like to proceed to a remote or face to face consultation appointment (without obligation), we will be more than happy to check your documents and provide a written response after the consultation. Our consultation fee is £100.00 for a remote meeting which can last between 30 to 45 minutes and £150.00 for a face-to-face meeting which can last up to an hour.

Please note that if after the initial consultation (whether remote or face-to face) you would like to proceed to instruct us (without obligation) in relation to your immigration matter, the consultation fee paid will be reimbursed in our total agreed fee. However, if you do not wish to proceed further, then our consultation fee is non-refundable.

Our remote appointments are available via Telephone, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or any other secure medium for example; WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger whichever way you are happy and comfortable with.

Our face-to-face appointments are very limited and can be arranged upon request only.

Our Fixed Fees

At KB Law Associates Ltd, we believe in honesty, integrity and exceptional client care. Therefore, we charge a fixed and very competitive fees to all of our clients, with no hidden charges and no VAT is payable to our fees.

We are committed to transparency in our pricing structure and we inform our clients in advance about the total costs involved in our client care letter for their specific immigration related matter. We also encourage our clients to pay all disbursements to the relevant authorities themselves by using their own bank cards e.g Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS fees), the Home Office fees and TLS or VFS global fees (where applicable).
