The UK Spouse Visa is for a married partner of a British or Irish citizen, a person who is settled in the UK (holding ILR), a person with pre-settled or settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme, a person with a Turkish Businessperson or Turkish Worker visa and person with refugee status or humanitarian protection who wish to join, or stay with, their spouse in the UK.  You can also apply for a UK Spouse Visa if your Spouse is outside the UK but intends to return to the UK with you. This is called a spouse entry clearance Visa. 

To be eligible for a UK spouse visa, you will need to meet certain criteria, which include a genuine & subsisting relationship, financial requirements, accommodation requirements, and English language requirements.
